Optimización de los métodos de obtención de la capsaicina del Capsicumsinense Jacq (ají limo) para la determinación de la dosis letal (DL50) del aphididae (pulgón verde)

Abstract

The study of the catchment acquires a greater importance due to its multiple applications, however, there is no method that tells us the sea the most effective for its extraction, it is also possible that this compound is an effective repellent and insecticide of aphididae and other insects, it is still necessary to know the lethal dose necessary for the elimination of this pest. The capsaicin was extracted applying two methods, maceration and soxhlet, in addition the addition of sulfuric acid during the extraction process was considered to cause the cell to break and park efficiently extract the capsaicin, finally, it is compared with the values and the determination of the LD50 was made It was demonstrated that the samples that were added to the sulfuric acid for the extraction of capsaicin were prepared for the extraction of 0.200 ppm to 1300 ppm, in addition to the determination of the Dl50 for the compound that was identified as the necessary concentration of capsaicin in very low , 0.008gr / L, below 1% capsaicin concentration, as expected
