Abstract

En el estado de Guanajuato, 79 % de la superficie dedicada al cultivo de trigo Triticum aestivum L. se siembra con variedades de gluten débil como Salamanca S75, Saturno S86 y Cortazar S94. De ellas la variedad Salamanca S75 es aún la más extensamente sembrada con 33 % de la superficie total (Anónimo, 2001).
