Clinical History: A 75-year-old woman with diabetes presents with lower back pain, neurogenic claudication, and left leg weakness after a fall. She reports paraesthesia and electric shock-like pain along the fibular nerve. Physical examination shows grade I muscle strength. Electromyography indicates polyneuropathy and fibular nerve injury. Magnetic resonance imaging was subsequently requested based on these findings.
