Abstract

Gra w osiedle to projekt będący efektem pracy członkiń i członków studenckiego koła naukowego Urbanmodel działającego przy Politechnice Śląskiej, założonego z inicjatywy dr hab. inż. arch. Tomasza Bradeckiego, prof. PŚ w 2022 roku. Głównym założeniem projektu było stworzenie dwóch unikalnych talii kart do gry, przedstawiających różne modele zabudowy mieszkaniowej. Rozróżnienie na talię 2D oraz 3D ułatwia wyobrażenie sobie jak wyglądają konkretne budynki. Karty mają odniesienie do modeli cyfrowych, umieszczonych w specjalnie wybranych aplikacjach, wykorzystujących rzeczywistość zarówno rozszerzoną, jak i wirtualną, a także aplikacje augment.com oraz sketchfab.com. Pozwala to na jednoczesne kreowanie interakcji w światach rzeczywistym, a także cyfrowym. Gra w osiedle ma na celu zwrócenie uwagi na problematykę intensyfikowania zabudowy mieszkaniowej oraz kształtowania przestrzeni osiedli, demonstruje także znaczenie wskaźników urbanistycznych.
