Abstract

Нарушения моторики различных отделов желудочно-кишечного тракта занимают ведущее место в патогенезе многих заболеваний органов пищеварения. Прокинетики – лекарственные средства, которые усиливают скоординированную желудочнокишечную моторику и транзит содержимого в желудочно-кишечном тракте, в основном путем усиления и координации желудочно-кишечных мышечных сокращений. Прокинетики (их основное действие заключается в усилении сократимости желудка) включают антагонисты дофаминовых рецепторов, агонисты рецепторов мотилина, агонисты рецепторов серотонина (5-гидрокситриптамина типа 4 [5-HT4]), ингибиторы холинэстеразы и агонисты грелина. Итоприд является недавно разработанным прокинетическим средством, которое усиливает моторику желудка за счет как антидофаминергического, так и антиацетилхолинэстеразного действия. Motility disorders of various regions of gastro-intestinal tract (GIT) are involved in pathogenesis of many digestive diseases. Prokinetic agents are medications that enhance coordinated gastrointestinal motility and transit of content in the gastrointestinal tract, mainly by amplifying and coordinating the gastrointestinal muscular contractions. The prokinetics (their main effect is to enhance gastric contractility) include dopamine receptor antagonists, motilin receptor agonists, serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine type 4 [5-HT4]) receptor agonists, cholinesterase inhibitors, and ghrelin agonists. Itopride is a newly developed prokinetic agent, which enhances gastric motility through both antidopaminergic and anti-acetylcholinesterasic actions.
