Konceptualizacja teorii regionalnych kompleksów bezpieczeństwa

Abstract

Artykuł przedstawia próbę konceptualizacji teorii regionalnych kompleksów bezpieczeństwa (Regional Security Complex Theory, RSCT) na tle analizy ogólnej kondycji studiów nad bezpieczeństwem, zwłaszcza międzynarodowym. Omawiana teoria powstała na podstawie badań Kanadyjczyka Barry’ego Buzana w okresie 1983–2003, jest to więc podejście, które miało duże znaczenie dla kształtowania się tożsamości międzynarodowych studiów nad bezpieczeństwem (international security studies), jako subdyscypliny nauki o stosunkach międzynarodowych. Niniejszy szkic wskazuje również na implikacje teorii regionalnych kompleksów bezpieczeństwa dla polskich osiągnięć badawczych w zakresie bezpieczeństwa regionalnego.
