Propuesta de restituci��n del teatro romano de Segobriga

Abstract

En este trabajo presentamos una nueva propuesta de restituci��n arquitect��nica del teatro romano de Segobriga, uno de los yacimientos arqueol��gicos mejor conservados de Espa��a. Basamos nuestra propuesta de restituci��n en tres aspectos fundamentales: el an��lisis de la informaci��n que nos aportan los datos arqueol��gicos, los trabajos cient��ficos de referencia sobre los teatros romanos como modelo arquitect��nico y el dibujo arqueol��gico 3D como herramienta para comprobar y presentar los resultados. La realizaci��n de esta propuesta nos ha permitido abordar el an��lisis de su proceso constructivo, as�� como entender las transformaciones necesarias para la adaptaci��n del modelo arquitect��nico a las particularidades de su topograf��a y entorno urbano. Se ha analizado tambi��n la repercusi��n simb��lica del edificio para la poblaci��n segobriguense en el contexto hist��rico de su construcci��n.
