В статье рассмотрены факторы и направления качественного управления муниципальными финансами Ульяновской области. Дана оценка нововведений в части работы с доходными источниками и исполнения бюджета по расходам с целью повышения уровня управления финансами в муниципальных образованиях Министерством финансов Ульяновской области. The article discusses the factors and directions of quality management of municipal finances of the Ulyanovsk region. The estimation of innovations in terms of work with revenue sources and budget execution on expenses in order to improve the level of financial management in municipalities of the Ministry of Finance of the Ulyanovsk region.
