Abstract

En octubre de 1990, el Instituto de Estudios Internacionales de la Universidad de Chile y la Sociedad Chilena de Derecho Internacional, realizaron un seminario sobre Propiedad Industrial e Intelectual y Desarrollo Tecnologico. Los trabajos que incluye este volumen corresponden a aquellos presentados en el seminario y recogen el debate llevado a cabo alli. Distinguidos especialistas nacionales y extranjeros, con el patrocinio de la Asociacion Chilena de Propiedad Industrial, analizaron diversos aspectos juridicos, tecnologicos y politicos comprendidos en el tema de la propiedad industrial e intelectual.
