CAREER GUIDANCE SERVICES MARKET ANALYSIS IN EKATERINBURG

Abstract

В статьепроведен анализ предложения на рынке профориентационных услуг в одном из российских мегаполисов.По мнению автора, данная тема является актуальной, поскольку, с одной стороны, правильный выбор профессии на основе профориентации является важнейшим моментом повышения эффективности работы и повышения удовлетворенности трудом работников с другой стороны, система профориентации претерпела серьезные изменения в рыночной экономике. В статье описаны результаты исследования, проведенного автором методом контент-анализа информации о профориентационных услугах в сети Интернет в декабре 2019 года. Исследование касалось офлайн услуг в городеЕкатеринбурге. Всего было проанализировано 25 предложений на рынке.В процессе анализаавторпровел классифицированиепрофориентационных услугпо нескольким типологическим признакам: стоимость услуг объект оказания услуг тип услуги местоположение их оказания. На основе типологизации все компании, оказывающие профориентационные услуги былиразделенына группы. Исследование показало, что жители города могут получить как платные, так и бесплатныеуслугаво всех районах города.Большинство компанийоказывают профориентационные услуги толькомолодым людям взрослым клиентам получить услугу сложнее. Самой распространенной услугой является профконсультация. The article analyzes the offer ofthe career guidance services market in one of the Russianmegacities. According to the author, this topic is relevant, because the right choice of a profession based on career guidance is the most important moment to increase work efficiency and employee satisfaction,on the one hand the career guidance system has undergone major changes in the market economy,on the other hand. The article describes the results of a study conducted by the author by the content analysis methodofoffline services in Yekaterinburg.The study consists ofinformationaboutcareer guidance services on the Internet in December 2019. 25 offers on the market were analyzedin total. In the process of analysis, the author classified occupational guidance services according to several typological characteristics:servicescostto whom are the services providedservicestypeand location of their provision. Based on typology, all companies providing career guidance services were divided into groups. The study showed that city residents can receive both paid and free services in all areas of the city. Most companies provide career guidance services only to young people its more difficult for adult customers to get the service. The most common service is professional advice.
