Arreglo de Madrid relativo a la represión de las indicaciones de procedencia falsas o engaänosas en los productos.

Abstract

De conformidad con este Arreglo, deberǹ embargarse en el momento de la importación todos los productos en que figure una indicación de procedencia falsa o engaänosa la cual seänale de forma directa o indirecta a un Estado Contratante o a un lugar de éste, y deber ̀prohibirse esa importación o aplicarse otras medidas y sanciones con respecto a ella.
