However, with the reform and development of health care in Pridnestrovie (unrecognized part of Moldova), the requirements for doctors are becoming higher and higher. They have gradually shown burnout in their professional work. This paper analyzes and studies the causes of job burnout among doctors of the local polyclinic through the survey conducted, and proposes measures to prevent and reduce burnout and promote health care quality.
