Abstract

Das Projekt WITRADIS zielte darauf ab, Gelingensbedingungen des Wissenstransfers im Rahmen der transdisziplinären, durch das BMBF (heute BMFTR) geförderten Arbeitsforschung zu untersuchen und zu bewerten. Untersuchungszeitraum war die BMBF-geförderte Arbeitsforschung der Jahre 1990 – 2020. Ziel war es, die Entwicklung transdisziplinärer Ansätze in diesem spezifischen Förderkontext zu analysieren und deren Bedingungen, Potenziale, Herausforderungen sowie Erfolgsfaktoren systematisch zu untersuchen.
