Disfonia espasmódica é uma disfonia focal que condiciona uma disfunção motora laríngea. Os Autores apresentam um caso clínico de doente diagnosticada com Disfonia Espasmódica de Adução, submetida a tratamento com Toxina Botulínica do tipo A.
