Abstract

A adoção de uma política de gestão de ativos baseada no risco por parte da EDP Distribuição tem como objetivo garantir uma gestão eficiente dos ativos durante o seu ciclo de vida, garantindo o melhor compromisso entre risco, desempenho e custos. Para se tomar decisões específicas e devidamente sustentadas quanto às acções a realizar durante o ciclo de vida dos ativos, é fundamental conhecer e acompanhar a sua condição e desempenho, nomeadamente identificando e quantificando os seus respetivos indicadores. O objetivo da presente dissertação centra-se na reavaliação do algoritmo de avaliação da condição de Linhas Aéreas AT (Alta Tensão) e MT (Média Tensão), através do cálculo do índice de saúde, do índice de falha e da vida restante. Pretende-se sistematizar a forma de cálculo do índice de saúde, índice de falha e vida restante de Linhas Aéreas AT e MT, com base nos parâmetros e factores que caracterizam e condicionam a sua condição, recorrendo ao cruzamento e análise de diferentes base de dados (nomeadamente registo de incidentes, cadastro de activos e registo de anomalias detectadas através de voos de inspecção das linhas aéreas )
