Among the interesting phenomena, which are observed in the broader field of academic education, one should mention, among other things turn towards the search for new educational solutions, both in terms of form and content. The authors of the article see this turn in the form of a range of activities aimed at broadening the spectrum of teaching methods and techniques combining theory and practice, professional and academic scope. Enriching the learning process of these aspects, which on the one hand make it more attractive, on the other hand bring innovative solutions, makes the university ceases to be treated as an institution of the cumbersome structure. Thus, the university seems to be more and more open to change and the broader innovation. Becomes a place of exploration of creative solutions, including in the area of knowledge transfer methods. These include Gamification, which is becoming bolder used in the field of adult education. The following article is an attempt to systematize information and reflection on the use of gamification in academic education. The authors focus on the identification of how technics of gamification used in education, can help to stimulate motivation and development of attitude conducive for achieving educational success.
