Hijrah Kaderisasi Aktivis Peneleh : Tandhim Sebagai Inovasi

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengupas inovasi dan pola kaderisasi Aktivis Peneleh. Sekaligus menjadi tawaran hijrah kaderisasi berbasis nilai religiositas dan kebangsaan serta gerak aksi berbasis perlawanan (tandhim) bagi banyak organisasi. Data hasil penelitian dari berbagai sumber dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menujukan keberhasilan kaderisasi Peneleh walau ditengah pandemi sekalipun. Hal tersebut didorong oleh banyak faktor, yang nantinya akan dipaparkan dalam artikel ini, terutama keseriusan dalam dakwah dan hijrah kaderisasi.
