Resíduos antimicrobianos no leite bovino: uma revisão de literatura

Abstract

O leite é um alimento essencial para o desenvolvimento do ser humano pois fornece nutrientes fundamentais para o seu crescimento, auxiliando na saúde Intestinal e fornecendo energia. Composto por água, gorduras, carboidratos, minerais e vítimas é um alimento completo e faz parte da dieta de humanos e animais. Nesse sentido o objetivo deste trabalho foi de efetuar uma pesquisa de cunho bibliográfico com o intuito de descrever e identificar os efeitos causados pela presença de resíduos antimicrobianos no leite bovino. A pesquisa sinaliza que apesar dos avanços tecnológicos no processamento do leite, a presença de resíduos se constitui num risco iminente para a saúde pública. Podemos concluir que o leite contaminado por antimicrobianos necessita passar por testes mais rígidos afim de garantir a segurança alimentar, visto que a ingestão de leite contaminado contribui para inúmeras doenças, principalmente para a aumentar a resistência de bactérias aos tratamentos com antibióticos.
