Abstract

O empreendedorismo feminino tem se consolidado nas últimas décadas como uma alternativa de geração de renda, autonomia e realização pessoal para muitas mulheres brasileiras. Além de representar uma fonte de sustento, empreender permite a conciliação entre vida profissional e responsabilidades familiares, especialmente para as mães. No entanto, o cenário ainda apresenta diversos desafios, como menor rentabilidade dos negócios e sobrecarga de trabalho decorrente da dupla jornada. Apesar de a maioria das vezes possuírem escolaridade superior e empreenderem em proporção semelhante à dos homens, as mulheres enfrentam barreiras estruturais e culturais que limitam o crescimento de seus negócios. Diante desse contexto, muitas mulheres encontraram no empreendedorismo uma alternativa para se manter ativas profissionalmente. Por fim, este trabalho tem como objetivo investigar como mulheres empreendedoras do litoral do Paraná conciliam a gestão dos negócios com as responsabilidades domésticas e familiares, analisando os impactos dessa realidade na administração de sua empresa. Aplicando uma pesquisa qualitativa, com entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas com micro e pequenas empreendedoras em três municípios do litoral do Paraná. Tendo por finalidade identificar padrões de comportamento, estratégias de gestão e os principais desafios enfrentados pelas entrevistas. Espera-se que os resultados contribuam para uma melhor compreensão das condições do cenário atual em que se encontram as empreendedoras.
