Abstract

Pemilu (Pemilihan Umum) adalah sistem demokrasi yang dilakukan dengan pemungutan suara. Pemilu biasanya digunakan untuk menentukan calon Presiden, DPR (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat), Gubernur. Dalam Pemilihan Kepala Daerah juga dilakukan dengan cara pemilihan umum, Quick count adalah perhitungan cepat atau disebut juga sebagai tabulasi suara paralel. Quick count di gunakan untuk perhitungan dalam sebuah pemilu (pemilihan umum). Dalam pemilihan Kepala Daerah biasa membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk menentukan hasil suara. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan perhitungan menggunakan quick count pemilihan kepala daerah berbasis web. Quick count pemilihan kepala daerah berbasis web dirancang dengan menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Flowchart serta menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySql sebagai database.
