Cienciometria do uso de fontes de energia renováveis no meio rural / The scientometrics of the use of renewable energy sources in rural areas

Abstract

As fontes de energia renovaveis surgem como uma alternativa no meio rural visando a diminuicao do custo de producao e do uso de energeticos nao-renovaveis, estes de grande impacto ambiental. O uso de fontes de energia renovaveis como a eolica, a solar, a biomassa, o biogas, dentre outras, pode ser uma alternativa economicamente viavel para o produtor rural. No presente trabalho foi realizada a analise cienciometrica, atraves do mapeamento sistematico de publicacoes, para verificar a quantidade de producoes cientificas sobre o uso de fontes de energia renovavel abrangendo ambientes rurais, no periodo entre 2009 e 2019. Foram utilizadas as bases de dados oferecidas pela Web of Science e Scopus por meio das palavras-chave: “renewable energy” (energia renovavel), “rural areas” (areas rurais) e “agriculture” (agricultura). A pesquisa resultou um total de 356 publicacoes, sendo que em 166 destes trabalhos o tema estava relacionado ao uso de energias renovaveis em areas rurais. Houve um aumento significativo na quantidade de publicacoes ao longo dos anos, no intervalo de tempo considerado. O periodo sucessivo a 2009 resultou no aumento de 163 publicacoes, o que corresponde a 98,19% das publicacoes, no periodo dos 11 anos verificados. A quantidade de estudos sobre a biomassa e biogas se destacam se comparados aos demais, devido a grande contribuicao para protecao e preservacao do meio ambiente.
