Abstract

Les innovations techniques et l'ouverture a la concurrence remodelent progressivement les economies developpees. Leurs effets ont d'abord ete visibles aux Etats-Unis : l'expansion des annees 90 trouve, pour une large part, son origine dans le declin rapide du prix de l'informatique et le developpement des nouvelles technologies de l'information et de la communication (TIC).
