Abstract

En ce début de XXIe siècle la plupart de nos institutions sont en crise. Le système éducatif ne fait pas exception à la règle. Conçu pour une société industrielle et stable, il a le plus grand mal à épouser les formes multiples d’une économie mutante et rapide. Cette crise éducative, niée par personne, est à la fois durable, universelle et généralisée. Si dans notre pays l’enseignement initial est interpellé, la formation professionnelle continue ne se porte guère mieux, ne parvenant pas depuis des années à se réformer. Sept ans après la loi fondatrice de mai 2004 (qui transforma la formation continue en formation tout au long de la vie), la formation piétine ou tergiverse dans les entreprises alors que l’emploi pourrait décliner ou se transformer, partout en Occident.
