Abstract

Les missions attribuées aux emplois jeunes dans le secteur éducatif sont de fait très hétérogènes. Elles révèlent des tensions entre des logiques diversifiées. Leur efficacité par rapport au projet initial du dispositif « nouveaux services, nouveaux emplois » est très inégal. Elle dépend en particulier d’une véritable analyse des besoins et de l’existence d’un projet éducatif territorial, qui font le plus souvent défaut.
