Abstract

Dans l’adaptation du travail à l’homme, une approche développementale conduit à concevoir la transformation des situations comme un développement conjoint des milieux et des sujets plutôt que comme un changement d’état, d’une part, et comme un processus distribué, où travailleurs et concepteurs participent à la conception sur la base de leurs diversités, d’autre part. Simultanément, cette position soulève une question : sur quelle base articuler conception dans le travail et travail de conception ? Dans cette courte note, on argumente de l’intérêt des concepts de «monde» et de «monde commun» en s’appuyant sur l’œuvre de Cassirer.
