Abstract

Abdominal musculature of Acerentomidae (Hexapoda, Protura). A revision of the description of the abdominal musculature of the proturan Acerentomon affine Bagnall, 1912, has been undertaken. The comparison with other apterygotan Entognatha shows derived characters : reduction of the muscular bundles, and complexity of their disposition.
