Une liste des Phasmatodea de Tobago a pu etre etablie pour la premiere fois a la suite d'une mission d''inventaire realisee en 2008. Elle montre que cette ile abrite au moins sept especes appartenant a cet ordre et dont une est nouvelle : Bostra tobagoensis n. sp. La femelle et l'oeuf de Caribbiopheromera trinitatis (Werner) et Brizoides amabilis (Redtenbacher), ainsi que le mâle et l'oeuf de Metriophasma pallidum (Chopard), sont decrits et illustres pour la premiere fois. Quelques informations sur la biologie sont donnees et des cles d''identification des adultes des deux sexes et des oeufs sont proposees.
