
Résumé. - L'existence de mouvements nationalistes catalan, basque et galicien contredit la représentation d'une nation espagnole unitaire et ouvre un débat sur l'avenir politique et institutionnel de l'Espagne. Si l'on étudie néanmoins le cas du Pays basque, on ne peut opposer globalement un centre et une périphérie, car ce débat a lieu au cœur même de cette région dans laquelle s'opposent des Basques nationalistes basques et des Basques nationalistes espagnols.
