Abstract

Dear Readers, Authors and Editorial Board Members: I am honored to publish the proceedings for the 6th Annual International External Fixation Symposium (IEFS) which was devoted to the ‘‘Diabetic Charcot Foot and Ankle’’ in San Antonio, Texas, USA, December 2010.
