Salario y desempeño: influencia en la calidad del trabajo

Abstract

El objetivo del presente artículo consiste en evidenciar la relación que existe entre los sueldos establecidos por las empresas con el rendimiento manifestado por los trabajadores y la influencia de ambos elementos en la calidad laboral. Esta investigación se desarrolló empleando el método hermenéutico en contexto teórico, documental. Los resultados a través de la disertación teórica, señalaron la existencia de diversas vinculaciones entre la remuneración y el rendimiento laboral, que efectivamente inciden en la eficiencia y eficacia empresarial. En este sentido, se concluye como los sueldos ofrecidos siendo elevados, logran un alto rendimiento afectando favorablemente la eficiencia laboral, sin embargo cuando los salarios no representan un buen incentivo, los individuos se ven desmotivados, por lo cual los niveles de desempeño tienden a ser bajos, provocando efectos negativos en la calidad laboral.
