Hőkezelt 22MNB5 acél kopásállóságának vizsgálata

Abstract

Az acélok ipari felhasználása napjainkban is jelentős. A gazdaságosság miatt azonban előtérbe kerülnek a nagyobb szilárdságot mutató, de alacsony ötvözöttségű acélok. Az általunk választott acél is ebbe a csoportba tartozik, hiszen meleg alakítással és gyors hűtéssel a szilárdsága jelentősen növelhető. Az edzési hőmérséklet függvényében eltérő mechanikai tulajdonságokat kaptunk. A vizsgált acél keménysége és kopásállósága a hőkezelés paramétereitől erősen függött. Dolgozatunkban bemutatjuk a választott hőkezelésekkel elért eredményeket és a vizsgálati módszereket.
