Persepsi Apoteker Tentang Penerapan Telefarmasi Di Apotek

Abstract

Latar belakang: Persepsi apoteker penting untuk mengetahui apakah suatu apotek dapat menerapkan telefarmasi, yang merupakan inovasi baru dibidang kefarmasian dan memerlukan adaptasi di penerapannya, khususnya di apotek untuk memberikan pelayanan kefarmasian berkualitas tinggi kepada masyarakat. Metode: Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan rancangan observasional analitik yaitu desain penelitian cross sectional dan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Consecutive Sampling. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan 134 responden apoteker menunjukkan bahwa persepsi apoteker tentang penerapan telefarmasi di apotek menunjukkan hasil persepsi positif pada jaminan obat sebanyak 120(89,5%), pada harga obat memiliki persepsi positif sebanyak 107(79,8%), pada hak konsumen memiliki persepsi positif sebanyak 130(97%), pada kemudahan yang diperoleh menggunakan telefarmasi memiliki persepsi positif sebanyak 133(99,3%), pada regulasi yang mengatur telefarmasi memiliki persepsi positif sebanyak 133 (99,3%), dan pada resiko penjualan obat melalui aplikasi telefarmasi memiliki persepsi positif sebanyak 84(62,7%).Berdasarkan karateristik responden hanya sebanyak 32 (23,9%) apoteker yang menerapkan telefarmasi di apotek, dilihat dari ketertarikan apoteker untuk menerapkan telefarmasi di apotek sebanyak 101 (75,4%) apoteker tertarik untuk menerapkan telefarmasi. Kesimpulan: Persepsi apoteker tentang penerapan telefarmasi di apotek pada jaminan obat, harga obat, hak konsumen, kemudahan, regulasi, dan resiko telefarmasi adalah positif.
