Abstract The Second Mid-west Intercollegiate Poultry Judging Contest held at the Colesium Poultry Show, Chicago, Illinois, December 10, 1921, proved to be a highly satisfactory contest and a success to a high degree. For several years the eastern institutions had been holding judging contests among the college students specializing in Poultry, but not until last year did those colleges in the Mississippi Valley organize and start a similar competition. In 1920 at the Chicago Show, three colleges, namely from Missouri, Iowa and Purdue Universities competed and the grand sweepstakes was was won by Missouri. This year seven institutions competed and the colleges ranked as follows : Oklahoma, Iowa, Nebraska, Purdue, Missouri, Kansas and Michigan. The first two states tied in number of points but Oklahoma won by having the most perfect scores.
