Abstract

Transformasi digital menuntut organisasi sosial untuk mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi, termasuk dalam pemanfaatan kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence / AI). Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan teknologi informasi mitra, khususnya dalam pembuatan website yang terintegrasi dengan teknologi AI. Mitra kegiatan adalah remaja dari Yayasan Kopia Raya Insani yang menghadapi kendala dalam pengelolaan informasi dan penyampaian identitas organisasi secara digital. Sebagai solusi, kegiatan ini menyediakan pelatihan pembuatan website yang terintegrasi AI untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mitra dalam menyampaikan informasi secara digital. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk menilai peningkatan kinerja mitra, baik dari sisi pengetahuan teknologi, keterampilan teknis, maupun efisiensi penyampaian informasi organisasi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pelatihan tatap muka, dan evaluasi melalui kuesioner serta pre-test dan post-test. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan skor rata-rata sebesar 32 poin dengan nilai N-Gain 0,68 (kategori sedang). Sebanyak 75% peserta menyatakan sangat setuju bahwa pelatihan ini meningkatkan keterampilan mereka, dan 56% peserta menunjukkan minat tinggi untuk mengikuti pelatihan serupa di masa mendatang. Kegiatan ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan, keterampilan digital, serta minat peserta terhadap teknologi AI. Selain itu, peserta memperoleh pengalaman praktis dalam mengelola platform digital organisasi secara mandiri. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung operasional organisasi mitra secara lebih efisien dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan teknologi, serta berpotensi menjadi model pengabdian berkelanjutan dalam penguatan kapasitas digital masyarakat.
