Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara (Pabrik Gula Tjoekir). Penelitian menggunakan metode Kuantitatif. Populasi yang diambil ialah karyawan PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara (Pabrik Gula Tjoekir) dengan sebanyak 107 orang karyawan dijadikan sampel penelitian. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa : (1) Lingkungan Kerja Fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara (Pabrik gula Tjoekir), (2) Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara (Pabrik gula Tjoekir), (3) Lingkungan Kerja Fisik dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja karyawan PT. Sinergi Gula Nusantara (Pabrik gula Tjoekir).
