Tratamientos de reproduccion asistida de alta complejidad en el servicio de medicina reproductiva del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal experiencia agosto-noviembre 2014

Abstract

Objetivos. Describir y evaluar el resultado de los tratamientos de reproducción asistida de alta complejidad en el Servicio deMedicina Reproductiva del Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal (INMP) en el periodo Agosto-Noviembre 2014. Materiales ymétodos. Estudio descriptivo, observacional y retrospectivo. Se incluyeron todos los pacientes con indicación de tratamientosde reproducción asistida de alta complejidad que recibieron al menos un ciclo de Fertilización In Vitro durante Agosto-Noviembre2014. Cada paciente recibió un ciclo de estimulación ovárica con Hormona Foliculo estimulante recombinante (FSH-r) y/o HormonaMenopausica Humana Altamente Purificada (HMG-HP), Cetrorelix y Hormona gonadotropina coriónica (HCG). Todas las pacientesrecibieron un esquema de estimulación ovárica controlada, aspiración folicular, Fertilización In Vitro y Transferencia Embrionariaen el Servicio de Medicina Reproductiva y Laboratorio de Gametos y Embriones del INMP. Se transfirieron embriones de día 3(estadio D+3). Se revisaron las historias clínicas con una ficha de recolección y los datos obtenidos se ordenaron y procesaron enuna base de datos usando el paquete estadístico SPSS Versión 19.
