Abstract

Objetivo: Evaluar el resultado obstétrico de gestantes con edad materna avanzada (EMA) atendidas en el Instituto NacionalMaterno Perinatal. Materiales y métodos: Estudio observacional, descriptivo y retrospectivo de 321 egresos maternos ocurridasdurante el periodo de 1 de enero al 30 de junio 2016.
