Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada keterampilan manajerial Kepala SD Negeri 1 dan Kepala SD Negeri 9 Bengkulu Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendekripsikan keterampilan manajerial Kepala SD Negeri 1 dan Kepala SD Negeri 9 Bengkulu Selatan. metode penelitian menggunakan studi komparatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: Keterampilan konseptual Kepala SD Negeri 1 dan Kepala Dasar Negeri 9 Bengkulu Selatan tidak berjalan dengan baik. Keterampilan kemanusiaan dan keterampilan teknik kepala SD Negeri 1 Bengkulu Selatan sudah terlaksana dengan baik, sedangkan Kepala SD Negeri 9 Bengkulu Selatan belum terlaksana dengan baik.
