Abstract

Bundaran tiga lengan di kawasan padat penduduk dan lalu lintas ini berfungsi sebagai penghubung jalan provinsi yang sering mengalami kemacetan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja bundaran pada kondisi eksisting dan proyeksi 10 tahun mendatang. Metode yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif melalui survei lapangan selama tiga minggu pada hari Minggu dan Senin pukul 07.00–17.00 WIB. Analisis mengacu pada Pedoman Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (PKJI) 2023 untuk menentukan kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, tundaan, dan peluang antrean. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa saat ini tingkat pelayanan berada pada kategori B dengan tundaan rata-rata 8 detik/smp dan peluang antrean 39–78%. Dalam proyeksi 10 tahun mendatang, terjadi penurunan tingkat pelayanan menjadi kategori C dengan tundaan rata-rata 10 detik/smp dan peluang antrean meningkat hingga 97%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa bundaran akan mengalami penurunan kinerja di masa depan, sehingga perlu dipertimbangkan modifikasi geometrik atau pengelolaan lalu lintas yang lebih baik untuk mempertahankan kelancaran arus kendaraan.
