Abstract

Artikkelissa käsitellään Venäjän aikuiskasvatuksen heikkoja kohtia ja systemaattisen lähestymistavan puuttumista aikuiskasvatuksessa yleensä. Aikuiskasvatuksen kriisi linkkiytyy koko yhteiskunnan kriisiin, joka tuhoaa arvot: vakaumukset, uskomukset ja aatteet. Sen perustana on vanha stereotyyppi ihmisestä ja sen myötä koko yhteiskunnallinen ja kasvatuksellinen järjestelmä, joka perustui vanhempi-lapsi -asetelmaan. Nykypäivän aikuiskasvatuksen tulisi pystyä auttamaan aikuisia olemaan aikuisia.
