This study develops and evaluates an interactive website to incorporate cultural diversity in Moral Education using the Design and Development Research (DDR) method. The study involves three main phases: needs analysis, design and development, and effectiveness evaluation. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with five secondary school Moral Education teachers. The findings reveal three main themes: (1) the critical need for digital teaching aids in cultural diversity education to overcome challenges of prejudice and resource limitations; (2) four key elements of cultural diversity (language, traditional food, traditional clothing, and festivals) need to be integrated with multimedia elements, AI videos, AI chat, and interactive applications in website design; and (3) the developed website is effective in achieving three moral dimensions (reasoning, emotion, and action) as well as enhancing students' understanding of cultural diversity. The findings indicate that this interactive website has high potential as an effective educational tool that meets current educational needs to foster students' understanding and appreciation of cultural diversity in Malaysia.
