Abstract

El manejo de las herramientas para establecer el análisis y diseño de experimentos, son imponderablemente necesarias para la formación del profesional, puesto que se complementa con la metodología de la investigación y permite que con el uso del método científico, se puedan tomar decisiones certeras en el campo agropecuario. Este conjunto de conocimientos desarrolla la experticia para poder elegir los diferentes modelos lineales aditivos, en los experimentos simples, así como; en los factoriales además, permiten establecerse pronósticos futuros en base a datos históricos en las distintas variables zootécnicas y veterinarias, que se exteriorizan en la dinámica de la producción animal. Con el análisis y diseño de experimentos anclados a los modelos matemáticos, el profesional aplicará las estrategias estadísticas requeridas, según el caso particular que debe tratar para resolver problemas de la producción pecuaria basado en una metodología científica; describiendo y comparando diferentes realidades para comprobar si los datos zootécnicos corresponden o no a los estándares internacionales, nacionales o locales; con el fin de diseñar su propio plan de manejo productivo eficiente, utilizando los tratamientos específicos para el efecto. Con estas competencias el profesional pecuario logrará tomar decisiones científicas para resolver los problemas de la dinámica productiva en los sectores sociales y productivos del país.
