Determinação da histamina no coração de ratos exercitados

Abstract

Este trabalho comparou os ní­veis de histamina (HA) no coração de ratos submetidos aos exercí­cios fí­sicos agudo e prolongado de natação com os ní­veis de HA no coração de ratos sedentários (controles). A eficácia do treinamento foi confirmada pela histologia e a determinação dos ní­veis de HA foi realizada pelo método fluorimétrico. A respeito do exercí­cio agudo, houve diminuição do ní­vel de HA no coração de ratos sedentários 1,43 ± 0,3164 mg/g (N = 10) em comparação com o respectivo controle 2,15 ± 0,3505 mg/g (N = 08). Houve também diminuição dos ní­veis de HA no coração de animais treinados em repouso, 1,42 ± 0,6130 mg/g (N = 07), em comparação com o grupo controle 2,15 ± 0,3505 mg/g (N = 08). O critério de significância estatí­stica foi p £ 0,05. Estes resultados sugerem que a HA pode participar da homeostasia microcirculatória de corações de ratos sedentários durante o exercí­cio agudo de natação e de ratos treinados em repouso.Palavras-chave: coração, natação, histamina.
