Abstract

"Shenzhen, Shenzhen" is a scholarly work that documents the transformations and achievements of Shenzhen over the four decades of China’s reform and opening-up policy from a multi-perspective lens. By integrating macro-level analysis with micro-level observations, the book elaborates on Shenzhen’s cultural ecosystem, urban landscape, and business environment, thereby contextualizing the city’s extraordinary developmental outcomes.
