Jak polscy pracownicy postrzegają bezrobocie - wyniki badań empirycznych

Abstract

W artykule podjęto próbę odpowiedzi na dwa pytania: jak w praktyce postrzegają bezrobocie pracobiorcy, którzy doświadczyli go osobiście, bezpośrednio odczuwając jego ujemne skutki; czy podzielają oni stereotypowe opinie na temat bezrobocia, czy może fakt, że byli kiedyś bezrobotni spowodował, że obecnie patrzą na to zjawisko w innym świetle? W celu znalezienia odpowiedzi na te pytania podjęto dwuetapowe badania empiryczne, którymi objęto pracowników jednej z sieci handlowych działających na polskim rynku.
