Ubrzana ekstrakcija otapalom

Abstract

S ciljem zaštite i smanjenja negativnog ljudskog utjecaja na okoliš u modernoj znanosti se sve veća pozornost posvećuje razvoju zelenih ekstrakcijskih procesa. Tehnike koje se u tu svrhu koriste doprinose očuvanju sirovina, energije, ali i smanjenju potrošnje otapala uz povećanje prinosa željenih analita. Posebno se ističe ubrzana ekstrakcija otapalom (engl. Accelerated solvent extraction, ASE ili Pressurized liquid extraction, PLE), koju karakterizira i kratko vrijeme ekstrakcije u zatvorenim komorama pri visokim temperaturama. Bobičasto voće je poznato po svome pozitivnom utjecaju na ljudsko zdravlje, zahvaljujući obilju biološki aktivnih spojeva između kojih se posebice ističu fenolni spojevi. Cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati pregled dosadašnjih novijih istraživanja u području ekstrakcije fenola iz različitog bobičastog voća (aronija, bazga, borovnica, crni i crveni ribiz, kupina) primjenom PLE pri različitim uvjetima ekstrakcije (izbor otapala, vrijeme, temperatura). Svrha je bila i procijeniti učinkovitost PLE u izolaciji ciljanih analita u usporedbi s ostalim zelenim i konvencionalnim ekstrakcijskim tehnikama.
