SISTEM INFORMASI LAYANAN RUMAH SAKIT

Abstract

Hingga saat ini, rumah sakit masih banyak yang menggunakan proses manual dalam pengolahan datanya. Sehingga banyak pasien yang harus menunggu lama untuk melakukan transaksi pada saat ingin menggunakan jasanya seperti saat menunggu giliran check-up, melakukan pengambilan obat dan melakukan transaksi pembayaran. Penggunaan intranet untuk rumah sakit pun saat ini belum dioptimalkan penggunaannya. Penelitian ini bertujauan untuk membuat sistem informasi layanan rumah sakit berbasis web. Tujuan dibuatnya sistem informasi berbasis web ini agar dapat mempercepat serta mempermudah proses kerja serta transaksi pada rumah sakit tersebut. Sehingga para petugas dirumah sakit tersebut dapat bekerja dengan lebih efektif dan efisien. Informasi yang dihasilkan dari sistem informasi berbasis web ini juga akan tepat waktu serta tepat guna. Selain itu, lebih memudahkan dalam mengontrol data masukan dalam penyajian informasi untuk mengetahui data transaksi yang terjadi pada rumah sakit dengan cepat dan akurat, meningkatkan keefektifan dalam pengolahan data agar dapat menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan dengan lengkap secara akurat dan tepat yang merupakan tolak ukur keberhasilan suatu lembaga serta yang paling penting adalah mempermudah proses pencatatan dan dokumentasi data sistem pelayanan pasien.
