ANALISIS PENGARUH MOBILITAS NODE PADA KINERJA AODV PROTOKOL MENGGUNAKAN EMULATOR MININET-WIFI

Abstract

Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANETs) merupakan jaringan yang menghubungkan beberapa node yang bergerak menggunakan jaringan nirkabel. Saat ini jaringan tersebut telah banyak digunakan pada kondisi emergency serta sebagai jaringan alternatif ketika jaringan utama mengalami kerusakan akibat adanya bencana alam. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh model mobilitas node pada kinerja AODV protokol. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan skenario MANET pada aplikasi emulator MININET-WIFI. Dari hasil emulasi didapatkan model mobilitas Gaus Markov dapat meningkatkan kinerja AODV protokol dibandingkan model mobilitas Random Direction terutama dalam pengukuran jumlah packet loss dan throughput
