Abstract

Statistik merupakan satu bidang yang sangat luas untuk mengetengahkan kepada para pembaca.Namun demikian, dalam proses penyelidikan kuantitatif memproses dan menganalisis data merupakan perkara asas sebelum mengintepretasikan data.Bagi menganalisis data, banyak perisian komputer digunakan seperti SPSS, AMOS, SAS, SmartPLUS dan sebagainya.Buku ini mengetengahkan perisian SPSS untuk memproses, menganalisis dan menginterpretasikan data. Perkara utama dalam statistik adalah untuk menginterpretasikan data mengikut kehendak masalah dan soalan kajian.Oleh itu, mengintepretasi data merupakan satu seni yang diwarisi oleh para penyelidik mengikut kemahiran dan pengalaman dalam bidang kuantitatif.Oleh itu, buku ini sangat sesuai dijadikan sebagai panduan dalam memproses, menganalisis dan mengintepretasikan data.Data kuantitatif dapat digunakan dalam bentuk deskriptif dan inferential.Di samping itu, buku ini dapat memberi panduan yang berguna kepada para penyelidik dalam menghasilkan keputusan dan tafsiran kajian yang berkualiti dan berimpak tinggi.
