Contratos inteligentes derivados de las cadenas de bloques y su aplicación en el gasto federalizado

Abstract

Los recursos públicos que conforman el gasto federalizado son una importante fuente de ingresos para las entidades federativas de México. No obstante, representan un reto su fiscalización y distribución a la población objetivo. Existen herramientas tecnológicas, como las cadenas de bloques, cuya utilización se ha dado mayormente en las criptomonedas, que dan paso a la creación de contratos inteligentes, y su instrumentación en los programas públicos que contemplan recursos federales podría significar una mayor eficiencia en su ejecución, así como una vigilancia más efectiva del cumplimiento de las reglas de operación.
